How much will my delivery cost? Shipping rates are calculated in the cart and checkout stages. The price will depend on your location and the weight and size of your order as a whole.
What are my shipping options? We offer Standard and Express options for UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland): Standard will approximately take 3-5 working days. Express will approximately take 1-2 working days. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.
Do you offer free collection? Yes, we offer free collection from our stall in Par Market, Cornwall. IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: Collection is only available for certain products. Please check on the individual product's page whether you can collect before choosing this option. Your order will be cancelled and refunded if one of the items in your order contains a product you cannot collect.
Why may I receive two parcels? Anything bought from our Ancient Wisdom selection will be sent directly from one of our suppliers. If you order goods from the Ancient Wisdom collection and goods from Emlee direct, you will be sent two separate parcels but will only be charged one rate.
