RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns:

 

Emlee Ltd has a 30-day return policy; you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For a return to be accepted, the item needs to be in the same condition you received it; unused, and in its original packaging. You will need proof of purchase when requesting a return. Any items that are received in less than new condition cannot be returned to stock and will not be processed as a return.

No products may be returned to Emlee Ltd without our prior written consent and are subject to a return charge. Please contact info@emlee.uk to start your request.

For hygiene reasons, some items such as earrings or beauty products cannot be returned once purchased. Our clearance/sale items and digital items such as Gift Cards are also exempt.​

Damages/Issues:

If there are any issues with your purchase, please contact us after receiving your item to resolve the issue as soon as possible. You will not need to return an item if it is damaged or faulty, however you will need to provide a photo/video of the damage to receive a full refund.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or defective so please ensure you are happy with the design and pick the correct option/size. Please contact us if you have any questions before you purchase.

Refunds:
